Jeeeezzzz it sure has been a while since I last posted! My bad deeply sorry...I could blame it on a trillion things but wont! BUT I've recently just come back from touring with Alesha Dixon so I wanted to big up ole Mis-teeq days as we spent many a night skanking hard to old skool garage whilst on the road. Originally a quartet included Alesha, Sabrina, Su-Elise and Zena forming the UK garage/rnb group in 1999...producing hits such as these gems!

Ah the eternal joy of a cuddly bear. These sickly sweet creatures were the object of my obsession during my school days. I'm sure someone is trying to sell my duvet cover with matching pillow case circa 1992 on ebay. Mum put it away!
